SPD Seeks Public’s Help Identifying Larceny Suspect

Michael David Peek has been arrested and charged in connection with several larcenies in Statesville and surrounding areas.
Peek was arrested on September 23, 2025, and faces multiple Misdemeanor Larceny and Misdemeanor Conspiracy charges filed by the Davie County Sheriff’s Office, Winston-Salem Police Department, Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, and the Statesville Police Department.
Peek has been linked to larcenies from multiple businesses in Statesville, including CVS, TJ Maxx, and Lowe’s.
The Statesville Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in larcenies that occurred on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at CVS and TJ Maxx in Statesville.
The suspect is described as a white male wearing a blue shirt, dark jacket, sunglasses, and a hat.
