Road Closure: East Sharpe Street to Close July 20 for Statesville Police Department Expansion Project

Road Closure: East Sharpe Street

East Sharpe Street, from South Tradd Street to the entrance of the Statesville Police Department, will be closed beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 20. The closure is expected to last approximately four hours while work is completed as part of the Statesville Police Department Expansion Project.

The Statesville Police Department will remain accessible from East Sharpe Street via South Center Street. Motorists traveling through the area should use posted detour routes and drive carefully around the work zone.
