Captain Samantha Lindon Graduates from Prestigious Southern Police Institute Leadership Program

Captain Samantha Lindon of the Statesville Police Department recently graduated from the 155th Administrative Officers Course at the Southern Police Institute in Louisville.

The Southern Police Institute is recognized as one of the nation’s premier law enforcement leadership and training programs. The institute provides advanced education designed to prepare law enforcement professionals for the evolving challenges of modern policing and leadership.

Captain Lindon joined 43 students representing 39 agencies across 17 states in completing the program. Throughout the semester, participants focused on strengthening leadership, management, and professional development skills necessary to effectively serve their communities.

“This accomplishment reflects our department’s continued commitment to professional development and providing the highest level of service to the community,” said David Onley, Chief of Police.
