To request copies of police records, complete the form below which will be submitted electronically to the Statesville Police Department Records Unit.
You can request a report by calling 704-878-3410 or by email by clicking on the button below. *Reports requested will be available in 5-7 business days after the request is received, reviewed and processed by our records division.
Police reports can be obtained from our Records Unit, at no cost, located at the Statesville Police Department (330 S Tradd St) Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
