SPD Seeking Public Assistance in Identifying Larceny Suspects
The Statesville Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying two individuals involved in a larceny that occurred on February 12, 2025, at a Dollar General store in Statesville.
According to investigators, the two suspects entered the store, each grabbing a shopping cart and filling it with various items. As they attempted to leave without paying, an employee tried to intervene, but the suspects assaulted the employee while rushing out of the store. They then loaded the stolen items into a gray Nissan before fleeing the scene.
